Brief :

The project is an investment hub which is a must in this valuable location as a rejuvenating point to Fatimid Cairo.

Old Traditional Cities like Fatimid Cairo and their people have many potentials that needed to be reactivated and revived. So, my project is an incubator for traditional cities’ potentials and local people’s ideas, skills and talents until they become strong, able to withstand and compete by Providing them Support through connecting different Parties (Investors & developers - The Government) to achieve mutual benefits

The project is defined as a five-star hotel that includes some other activities
Such as a multi-function hall, cinemas, health club, restaurants, etc .

Five-star hotels can rejuvenate old traditional cities and restore their value by enhancing the economic and investment aspects of this space

- The project is primarily an investment project, but it is creative to introduce the culture and character of the place to some extent into the spirit of the project, and that was to strip away some of the Sufi tendencies from the veil of the building.
Sufism: “The Sufism movement spread in the Islamic world in the third century AH as individual tendencies calling for asceticism and intense worship. Then these tendencies developed after that until they became various distinct paths known as Sufi orders. Islamic history is replete with Muslim scholars who affiliated with Sufism.”

Accordingly, I abstracted the idea of ​​spirituality from the inner heart of the building by creating an inner courtyard along the length of the building that connects from the ground floor to the end of the tower, while connecting it to an air shed.
- In the interface, the abstraction of the aspirant’s movement around himself, as in an illustrated sketch, and the ease of movement between him and the external environment. I will not hide from you a secret that the topic was not completed in the general location, as is the centrality of the aspirant person who revolves around himself, but this is what I did and this is what I arrived at.

Conceptualization :
The area had great economic importance in the past, and my project aims to restore and restore that economic value. It will re-empower the place and the potential of local people and give them the opportunity to express their skills and ideas to help them make best use of this potential and contribute to economic development. practical.
The project will achieve this goal by linking the various parties: the local community - developers and investors - government agencies to achieve mutual benefits.
